My first condominium project is where I met Alan and John both developers working together. I was recommended these developers by a fellow renderer whom worked with me on other projects and offices. This model was entirely built out of misc colored papers and foam core. Much care and attention detail went into this model. These types of paper models has several advantages over models that are made from much more durable materials. The reasons are the following: they aren’t heavy easy to carry, it’s easy to make adjustments because they are made with paper they can be cut with a sharp exacto knife and edited, there’s no painting, no breathing fumes or mixing paint and often easier and faster to complete. Most of the model found on this site are made from paper except the ones that say they are not or look to perfect.
